You can also make an environmentally conscious choice when collecting your waste by not using waste bags made of plastic! Use the compostable garbage bags made from cornstarch.

Tip: only add hot waste such as food scraps, coffee filters or tea bags to the organic waste bags after it has cooled down. Dispose of the waste bags tightly closed (eg with a button) in the waste bin. We have extra large container bags of 120 L and 240 L for the waste bin.

De biomat vuilniszakken zijn een makkelijke manier om bewust minder plastic te gebruiken. Ze zijn in gebruik net zo makkelijk als hun plastic broertjes alleen voelt dit fijner om te gebruiken voor mij persoonlijk. Ze passen makkelijk in mijn hoge 60 liter prullenbak. In onze gemeente hebben we helaas geen groene bak, dus met het weggooien van vochtige etensresten wel even oppassen want dan breekt het materiaal van de zak eerder af, dus dat is even een tip.
