Pandoo is a German company that deals with sustainable bamboo products. They do this with products that are not only durable, but also meet the highest safety and quality requirements. From Konstanz am Bodensee they try to combat environmental pollution and the clearing of rainforests. Although this is far from the rainforest, its location on Lake Constance reminds the company of the beauty of nature, which strengthens the employees in their mission. In addition, Konstanz is one of the first German cities to recognize the environmental problem, an additional reason for pride in 'their' town.

Pandoo's mission

Pandoo's philosophy contributes to their passionate belief that the world would be a better place if everyone is conscious of the resources available. They try to convince people of the need for a more conscious sustainable life and offer a necessary helping hand. One concrete way in which Pandoo counteracts deforestation and climate pollution is by offering alternatives to disposable products. The raw materials of these products, such as crude oil and wood from the tropical rainforest, are not unlimited available.

CO2 neutrality

Pandoo has a partnership with ClimatePartner. This company helps them reduce and offset CO2 emissions. This way you can be sure that you only buy certified climate-neutral products at Pandoo. The products become carbon neutral by supporting various climate protection projects. For example, Pandoo contributes to forest protection in Pará, Brazil, where 90,000 hectares of rainforest are protected for commercial deforestation. These trees absorb a lot of CO2 and thus compensate for the small numbers of CO2 that Pandoo has to emit anyway. Pandoo is also investing in wind energy parks in Guyuan, China. Emission-free electricity is generated here thanks to the strong wind.
