What is a Wrap Up?

How do I best use the food wraps?

1. Make sure your baking is completely cooled. This prevents condensation. Store bought? Let the bread rest for a while.
2. Wrap the product tightly in the Wrappie, which minimizes the amount of air. Turn the empty part of the bag. The open side of the bread is placed downwards, against the membrane. This acts as a kind of fake crust.
3. Sandwiches or baguettes? Then put them together in the reusable lunch wrap. That way they stay nice and soft for longer.
4. Do not store in the refrigerator and out of sunlight. For example in the pantry or a large cupboard.
5. Important: wash the Wrappie regularly. This is very easy, you wash the membrane with warm water and detergent or soap.

Can the Wrappie also be washed in the washing machine?
