    Product description

    What is a Wrap Up?

The Wrappie from Wrap Up is a beautiful food wrap that keeps all your delicious, fresh and crispy baking products ultimately fresh. It is a more practical and sustainable alternative to plastic bags, in which bread quickly becomes tough. Products in this Wrappie also become moldy much less quickly. So you can enjoy your favorite baking products more and for longer! You can easily wash the reusable bread bag, unlike your usual plastic bag. This means you can use the Wrappies for much longer than a regular bag.

    Specifications of Wrappies

    • You can use the Wrappie on a daily basis, but also for larger quantities of (homemade) bread. That will be a treat!
    • The Fresh Up membrane in the Wrappie extends the life of baked goods and ensures that they remain fresh and crispy .
    • With each bread bag, you save more than 60 kilos of bread per year in one household that would otherwise have to be thrown away due to mold or drying out!
    • Grace is Green offers different sizes of Wrappies: M, L and XL. Choose your suitable reusable bread bag based on your baking products. Size L is good for about a whole loaf of bread , approx. 1.2 kg, 10 rolls or a whole Christmas loaf.
    • You can easily maintain the Wrappie by tapping the membrane on the inside and cleaning it with warm water and soap.
    • 95% of customers who buy a Wrappie use it for a long time.
    • Wrappies in size L are available in all kinds of fun colors and patterns. This way your sustainable bread bag is also very stylish according to your own taste.

    Benefits of your bread bag

The Fresh-Up membrane works like a kind of fruit peel and keeps the bread fresh, crispy and soft on the inside for longer.

    • Food safe material
    • Waterproof TPU membrane
    • Easy to clean
    • Washing machine proof
    • Reusable and long lasting
    • Ideal for shopping
    • Perfect for on the go

How do I best use the food wraps?

    1. Make sure your baked goods have cooled down completely. This will prevent condensation. If you bought the product in the store and it is wrapped in plastic, let it rest for a while.
    2. Wrap the product tightly in the Wrappie, which minimizes the amount of air. Turn the empty part of the bag. The open side of the bread is placed downwards, against the membrane. This acts as a kind of fake crust.
    3. Pull the strings and fold the empty part.
    4. Rolls or baguettes? Then put them together with the bread in the reusable food wrap. This way they stay soft longer.
    5. Do not store the Wrappie in the refrigerator, freezer or in the sun. For example, store it in the pantry or a large cupboard.

What is the best way to maintain the food wrap?

Easy. Just pull the membrane inside out, wipe it with a clean, damp cloth or napkin. If necessary, the bag can be machine washed at 30°C, then air dry. Do not use fabric softener.

Do not dry clean. Only the cotton part of the bag can be ironed.

Materials and dimensions of the Wrappie

    • A cotton section, with a Fresh Up membrane on the inside.

    • 24 cm x 40 cm (internal width x height)

    Your bread packaging, but sustainable

The Wrappies replace harmful plastic bread bags that deteriorate the quality of the bread over time and thus only allow the bread to last a limited time. You can also use the food wraps for much longer, up to 3 years! By using the Wrap Up Wrappies you not only save a lot of plastic waste, but also up to 60 kilos of bread per year!

The Wrappies are ethically sewn in the foothills of the Beskid Mountains in the Czech Republic, using high-quality materials from Czech manufacturers.

    Wrap-Up, Czech, authentic and sustainable

Lea and Darja are Czech sisters who actually don't have much in common. One loved sewing, the other hated it. The Wrappie is a perfect middle ground: it is beautiful, carefully sewn and very practical. The brand Wrap Up was founded on that product. The sisters' goal is a beautiful appearance, longer freshness of products and less waste of baking products and plastic packaging. Wrap Up is a local Czech brand that is proud of its product and puts a lot of love into it. As a result, 99% of customers are satisfied with the products.

So far I have been using it only for a week. It seems to be working fine, the bread does stay nicer longer. It even keeps the bread "skin" crispy longer. Definitely better than plastic bags or the paper ones from store.
