    Ingredients/Materials

    • Tempered soda lime glass: The glass is made using a blow-molding machine, ensuring higher shock resistance. If it breaks, the glass shards are relatively large, reducing the risk of injury.
    • Lid: Made from polypropylene alloy plastic (PP) and thermoplastic elastomer (TPE inner seal).
    • Cork band: Made from leftover materials from wine cork production in Portugal. The cork provides heat insulation, is lightweight, water- and heat-resistant, antibacterial, and biodegradable.
    • Plug/stopper: Made from low-density polyethylene plastic (LDPE).

How Does the 'Brew Cork KeepCup' Contribute to Sustainability?

    • Sustainability Aspects: All raw materials are BPA/BPS-free. The glass contains approximately 25% recycled material. The cork band is made from leftover materials from wine cork production in Portugal.
    • KeepCup is a Certified B Corporation. These companies meet high standards of social and environmental performance, transparency, and accountability. They are officially recognized by the B Lab organization and are committed to creating a positive environmental impact in addition to generating profit. • KeepCup offers an impact calculation system on their website, allowing you to input how often you use the cup. The system generates data such as the amount of energy and plastic saved. It’s a fun way to see how eco-friendly your choices are!
