Shipping Costs within the Netherlands and Belgium
- Free shipping for orders above €45 within the Netherlands and Belgium.
- Free pickup at the warehouse in Breda: available on weekdays between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM at Minervum 7384, 4817ZH Breda, Netherlands. No appointment is needed. Once you receive an email notification that your order is ready, you can come by.
- Standard shipping costs for the Netherlands and Belgium: €4.95.
- We ship using PostNL and DHL.

FAQ
Can I have my order delivered to a pick-up point? Can I change the delivery time?
Yes! When ordering on our website, you can choose between home delivery or pickup at our warehouse. To arrange delivery to a pick-up point or change the delivery date:
- Once you’ve received the tracking code from PostNL or DHL and before the package is en route, visit their website to adjust your delivery options (e.g., delivery to a nearby pick-up point or your neighbor).
- For PostNL, you’ll need an account to modify delivery.

Do I need to be home for delivery?
No. If you’re not home, DHL will deliver to your neighbors and notify you. PostNL will take the package back and make it available for pickup the next day at a PostNL pick-up point. To reschedule delivery:
- Once you’ve received the tracking code from PostNL or DHL, you can click the link in the message and adjust delivery options on their website. Choose another delivery day, pick-up point, or delivery to your neighbors.

Returns are allowed within 14 days of receiving the order. Return your order exclusively via our returns portal:

- Return costs are the customer’s responsibility (€4.95). Use the returns portal to create an affordable return label easily.
- Is your product or package damaged upon delivery? Contact our customer service immediately, and we’ll find a suitable solution!
- If a product is defective after minimal use, also reach out to us.
- Unsure whether we will accept your return? Contact us first.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving your return (provided it meets our return conditions).
- Used or opened products cannot be returned.
Certain products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, including:
- Teething rings, stuffed toys, comfort blankets, and pacifiers.
- Washable products like reusable pads, tampons, and diapers.
- Opened diaper packs (unopened packs can be returned).
- Products with broken seals or opened packaging, e.g., menstrual cups or DoddleBags.
