Job Opening: Customer Service Representative at Grace is Green
As a Customer Service Representative at Grace is Green, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers. You’ll manage the mailbox for both B2B and B2C inquiries, handle returns, and ensure that customer questions and order-related issues are resolved quickly and carefully. You’ll also input B2B orders and manage invoicing.
In this role, you’ll work closely with our small, growing team where flexibility is key. You’ll have the chance to grow with us and actively support our sustainable mission – occasionally representing the brand at trade shows as well.
Your Responsibilities:
- Managing emails and inquiries for both B2B and B2C customers.
- Handling returns and solving customer queries regarding orders.
- Building customer relationships, entering B2B orders, communicating updates on orders, products, and issues, and processing invoicing.
- Supporting with various other activities. As a small company, we sometimes need all hands on deck: from engaging with influencers to helping out at a trade show.
