Job Description
As a Logistics Supervisor, you are the backbone of our warehouse operations. You oversee all logistical processes and ensure orders are dispatched accurately and on time. As a fast-growing but small company, we value not only strong organizational skills but also a hands-on attitude. This means you’ll be involved in picking both large and complex orders, as well as supervising all warehouse activities.
Your Responsibilities:
- Overseeing all service and warehouse activities, ensuring timely dispatch of orders, and managing small production tasks such as packing and labeling products.
- Keeping the warehouse tidy and organized.
- Actively helping out in the warehouse, including dispatching B2B orders.
- Arranging transportation within the Benelux.
- Collaborating with our support staff to coordinate requests and special deliveries.
Who Are You?
- Experience in logistics.
- Comfortable working with computers and ERP software.
- Good command of Dutch and basic knowledge of English.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to create and maintain structure.
- Passion for sustainability and a desire to contribute to a better world.
